ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to pay a compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- to the victim's family by considering the representation dated 31.01.2022 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 31.01.2022 seeking compensation of for the death of the petitioner's paternal aunt due to electrocution, in the light of the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.195 of 2021 dated 20.12.2022 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Puducherry, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
