.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.04.2024, when the stock checking was conducted in the office of the defacto complainant, it was found that the products worth about Rs.13,72,709/-were stolen and hence the case.

.The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is arrayed as A3 in this case and he was working in a company, which is distributing online products and he is an innocent and he has not indulged in any activities as alleged in the F.I.R and he has been falsely implicated in this case by the respondent police and the name of the petitioner has not been mentioned in the FIR and hence he seeks anticipatory bail.

.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit

that the petitioner had stolen the products worth about Rs.13,72,709/- and the products have not yet been recovered and steps are being taken to secure the accused and hence he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record. 6.Considering the rival submissions on either side, considering the gravity of offence, considering the fact that one of the accused has not been arrested so far and taking into consideration the amount involved in this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.
