ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 420 of IPC in Crime No.10 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had befriended the A1 and A2. A1 had claimed to be the Officer at the Embassy of Madagascar in the United Nations had promised the complainant to give a tender for exporting food product worth 1000 Crores. A1 had sent emails to the complainant's email id with the logo of the United Nations assuring the tender. The accused had sent the complainant a photo in which he was with the Former SecretaryGeneral to create trust. A1 did not give any tender as promised. Hence, this complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation not yet been completed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
