The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.1803 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ambattur and quash the same as illegal.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.1803 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.26 of 2013.

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No. 1803 of 2012, now, nothing survives in this petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
