This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 9(iii)(b) imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9256 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025.

3. It is seen from the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the first petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. As regards the second petitioner, he complied with the condition between 30.04.2025 and 12.06.2025. However, since the anticipatory bail petition filed by the second petitioner before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18460 of 2025 dismissed on 14.07.2025, in connection with another case registered against him by the respondent in Crime No.202 of 2025, he, apprehending arrest, did not comply with the condition.

4. In view of the above, being satisfied with the reasons stated, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition 9(iii)(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9256 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025 is relaxed and the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
