In a proposed suit seeking for permanent injunctive reliefs and damages, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondents/ defendants before this Court.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the

substantial portion of the cause of action for the suit arose within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, the cause of action for this suit has arisen partly within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.2623 of 2026 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents/ defendants before this Court.
