[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the fourth respondent passed in No.SOT/Legal/ Court Cases/ 2012-13 dated 3.1.2013 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay pension and other retirement benefits to the petitioner as

contemplated under Rule 11 and 15(1) and (3) of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulation, 1984 with interest at the rate of 12% from the date of retirement of the petitioner with all consequential monetary benefits within a time limit to be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
