ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.07.2021 for the offence punishable under Section 393 of IPC in Crime No.40 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have snatched the gold chain from the defacto complainant. based on the complaint lodged, the respondent police registered a case. This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner and the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been in jail from 20.07.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that this is the second bail application of the petitioner and there are 19 previous case pending against him. He further submitted that if the petitioner is granted bail, he would tamper the witnesses and the trial would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

go delay. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of offence and there are 19 previous cases pending against the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
