He would further submit that the first respondent-Chit Company is taking steps to not to proceed further with the execution proceedings in E.P.Nos.2008 and 2010 of 2022 in ARC No.98 of 2021 on the file of X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and to issue 'No Due Certificate' to the petitioners. 2.Recording the same, the above civil revision petitions stand closed.
