This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 30.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13622 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. This Court, while disposing the writ petition has directed the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.02.2019 and pass orders on the same on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page No. 1/2

Cont P.No.1552 of 2019 merits and in accordance with law.

3. Today, after notice, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that by order dated 13.12.2019, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected. He has also produced a copy of the said order.

4. In view of the fact that the respondent has passed the order dated 13.12.2019 on the representation of the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
