ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.06.2026. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent on 09.06.2026 and the same is still pending without any progress. 4.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and if any cognizable offence is made out, register the FIR in accordance with law and if no offence is made out, the 2nd respondent is directed to close the complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
