2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 26.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 01.12.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. When the matter was taken for hearing today, once again there is no representation for the petitioner

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
