This application has been filed for extension of mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.N.Basha, who has been appointed as Sole Arbitrator by this Court, has expressed his inability to act as the Sole Arbitrator and therefore, this application has become infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
