3. There is no representation on the side of the petitioners / appellants. Steps have also not been taken to serve the notice on R1, R6 and R9, till date. Even on the last hearing date, i.e. on 18.08.2021, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners / appellants. It can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
