ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to take action on Petitioner's complaint dated 20-5-2026 filed by the Petitioner within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the documents placed on record.

3. On a perusal of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner specifically alleged that in the life certificate, the signature of the petitioner was forged. Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to send the copy of the forged life certificate of the petitioner to the Director, Forensic Sciences Department, 'Forensic House', Mylapore, Chennai for obtaining hand writing expert opinion and the 2nd respondent is further directed to conduct and complete the enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order. It is also made clear that if any cognizable offence is made out on receipt of report from the Hand Writing Expert, the 2nd respondent is directed to register the FIR as against the accused and proceed in accordance with law.
