This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.569 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.569 of 2020 has been filed for the offences under Section 147, 148, 120(b), 294(b), 448, 307, 323, 324, 325, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 after completing the enquiry final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate - 1, Ariyalur and the same was taken up in PRC.No.2 of 2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
