ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 15.06.2025 and provide adequate police protection for fencing over the land pertaining to the residential property at Plot No.18 in Krishnammal Layout, comprised in Survey No.38/2, measuring an extent of 10 cents (4356 square feet) situated at Krishnarayapuram village, Coimbatore Taluk, situated within the registration District of Coimbatore and Sub Registration District of Peelamedu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that civil suit is pending between the parties. The petitioner has to approach the civil Court to seek his remedy. The Writ Court cannot conduct a roving enquiry regarding the right and possession of the property. The petitioner is not entitled to get the relief as sought for by him in this writ petition.
