ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 722 days in filing the appeal.

2.Pursuant to the order dated 14.11.2025, a memo had been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant stating that the condition imposed by this Court on 14.11.2025 to transfer the entire award amount together with interests had been complied. The amount deposited is Rs.44,45,852/-. The memo stands recorded.

3.In view of that particular fact, the delay stands condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and put up the same under the caption 'for admission' in the usual course.
