This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and consequently directing him not to interfere in the civil matters by appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by one Anjappar, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall cooperate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. the accused.
With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
