By a memo dated 12.10.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had sent back the bundle relating to this case, to the petitioner. Hence, he sought permission to withdraw the vakalath filed by him, on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, permission was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Consequently, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through a new counsel, despite her name having been printed in the cause list.
