This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19030 of 2022 on 12.08.2022 to report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
