Plaint under Order IV, Rule 1 O.S Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C praying for a judgment and decree against the defendant, a) directing the Punjab & Sind Bank, the defendants 2 to 4 herein, to pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.1,48,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore forty eight lakhs only) together with subsequent interest at 24% per annum from the date of plaint till date of realisation. JUDGMENT

Earlier the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff reported "no instructions.". Hence, this Court , by an order dated 15.02.2018, directed the Registry to issue notice to the plaintiff and the matter was posted for hearing on 19.03.2018. Pursuant to the same, notice has been issued to the plaintiff.

2. It is submitted that since the plaintiff company has already been vacated from the said premises, notice could not been

served on the plaintiff.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, noneappeared for the plaintiff as well as the defendants. Hence, the said suit is dismissed for default.
