ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the son of the detenue, who is stated to be missing for more than ten days. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a complaint and on failure of the respondent to secure the detenue, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even as per the complaint, the detenue used to be away from home frequently for the purpose of visiting temples. Efforts are on to trace her and as and when she is traced, she will be produced.

3.In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands closed. However, we direct the respondent to proceed further with the investigation and as and when the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
