CRIME NO.609 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.O.P no.16699 of 2021 dated 21.09.2021 the order passed by the Honourable High Court in Crime No. 609 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16699 of 2021 on 21.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 19/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
