ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.222 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed in Crime No.222 of 2012 and charge sheet was also made ready on 20.09.2013 itself. For filing the said charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks permission.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. receive the same and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
