ORDER

The petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.3 of 2021 for offence under Sections 417 & 420 of I.P.C, has filed this petition along with the memorandum of compromise for quashing the FIR. The said memorandum of compromise has also been produced before this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, during enquiry, the defacto complainant appeared and gave a letter. Recording the same, the case has been closed as further action dropped.
