Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents from insisting passing of Teacher Eligibility Test against the Petitioners to continue in service in their respective teaching posts and consequently directing the Respondents to confer all service benefits including Annual Increments and other attendant benefits as per the law to the Petitioners within a time frame.

When it is pointed out that the required individual particulars of employment of the respective Petitioners have not been provided either in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition or in the typed-set in order to examine the correctness of the claim made, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition giving proper details of each of the Petitioners with supporting documents for the relief claimed by them. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
