Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in proceedings GO(D)No.22 (Rural Development and Panchayat Department) dated 14.2.2011 and of the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.B2/1334/2011 dated 30.8.2012 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents to extend the retirements benefits to the Petitioner by extending the retrospective effect as per the representation dated 14.11.2011.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in proceedings GO(D)No.22 (Rural Development and Panchayat Department) dated 14.2.2011 and of the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.B2/1334/2011 dated 30.8.2012 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents to extend the retirements benefits to the Petitioner by extending the retrospective effect as per the representation dated 14.11.2011.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is questioning the GO(D)No.22 (Rural Development and Panchayat Department), dated 14.2.2011, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the Respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 14.11.2011, in line with the GO.Ms.No.39 (Rural Development and Panchayat Department), dated 13.06.2011 expeditiously.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents has also submitted that the representation of the Petitioner will be disposed of in line with the said GO.Ms.No.39 dated 13.06.2011, expeditiously.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2011 will be considered and necessary orders will be passed, in line with the above said GO.Ms.No.39 (Rural Development and Panchayat Department) dated 13.06.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
