ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.12 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the abovesaid crime number on 05.05.2021 for offences under Sections 423, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the case was registered only in the month of May, 2021. Several documents have been collected and the documents have been sent to Forensic and it would take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

some time for filing final report. Investigation is proceeded in a proper manner.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
