ORDER

This application has been filed by the Official Assignee seeking permission of this Court to disburse a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- along with interest from the date of adjudication till the date of realisation at the rate of 6% per annum for a sum of Rs.1,51,052/-, totalling a sum of Rs.4,51,052/- with the one proved unsecured creditor G.Selvarasu.

2.The Official Assignee has filed a report dated 26.06.2025 in support of this application. The Official Assignee has submitted that there is only one creditor, who is claiming from the estate of the insolvent. The Official Assignee has also stated that a sum of Rs.6,35,917/- is available in the estate of the insolvent. The details of the amount available with the Official Assignee to the account of the estate of the insolvent are also furnished in the report, submitted by https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
