ORDER

This application has been filed by the Official Assignee to annul the order of adjudication dated 09.02.2017 passed against the debtor T.Anbumani as an insolvent in I.P. No.27 of 2016.

2.Learned Official Assignee has submitted a report stating that there is only one unsecured creditor, who has made a claim against the estate of the insolvent. 3.Since this Court in its order passed in Appln. No.118 of 2025 has permitted the Official Assignee to disburse the amount to the unsecured creditor, this Court, after giving due consideration to the report filed by the Official Assignee, is satisfied that the adjudication order dated 09.02.2017 passed against the debtor T.Anbumani as an insolvent in I.P.
