The learned counsel for the defendants 10 and 11 in C.S.No.979 of 2004 would submit that their name has to be removed from the cause list as they had returned the bundle to the parties concerned.

Therefore, the Registry is directed to delete the name of the counsel for the defendants 10 and 11 and to print the name of the defendants 10 and 11 in the cause list.
