Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. Pursuant to the notice ordered in the present writ petition, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Dharmapuri has issued order dated 26.08.2019 raising the attachment before the judgment, thereby the notice issued by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2nd respondent dated 09.07.2019 has become infructuous. The relief sought by the petitioner has been redressed. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition. The respondents are directed to proceed in accordance with the direction given by this Court in W.P.No.11983 of 2017 dated 12.06.2017.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
