ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant leave to institute the intending suit as against the respondent/ defendant and the suit properties which are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court namely (i)Avaraipakkam, near Tindivanam (ii) Paruthipudur within the Registration District of Vellore and (iii) Indira Nagar, Thirunindravur, Thiruvallur District in this Court.

2.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that certain of the suit scheduled properties are within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, requested this Court to allow https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

the present application.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 4.Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, and taking into consideration that certain of the suit scheduled properties are within the jurisdiction of this Court, the A.No.3582 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant as prayed for.
