This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2024 from the 2nd respondent to CBCID. 1/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that investigation in Crime No.49 of 2024 found to be Mistake of Facts and therefore, Referred Charge Sheet filed before the Special Court, Namakkal on 28.06.2024 in R.C.S.No.11 of 2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that so far the defacto complainant did not receive any RCS notice. 4.

Considering the submissions and representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to serve RCS notice to the petitioner herein forthwith.
