O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5534 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021 by Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail to the petitioner, the trial Court imposed a condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- into the account of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in Cr.No.725 of 2021 of Tambaram Police Station and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her execution of bond for Rs.10,000/- and to furnish two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram and the defacto complainant is at liberty to withdraw the deposit amount on proper verification and identification and after the release, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a.m., for 30 days. However, the petitioner has not raise the bundles. Hence, the modification petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall not comply the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5534 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021 by Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
