7. Heard Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4 and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 5 and 6.

2. Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that lock and seal notice was issued on 30.04.2019, thereafter, demolition notice was also issued on 06.05.2019.

3. In case further action is not taken, the Corporation shall take further action with regard to the encroachment/unauthorized construction in accordance with law expeditiously.

4. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
