This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 193 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that this court his has already granted interim protection to the petitioners under the condition to attend and cooperate with the RDO enquiry but they failed to appear before the RDO. Considering the above, the petitioners have not complied with the earlier order. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
