ORDER

The writ petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 03.01.2022 seeking closer of the second respondent's STRIMP FIRM, situated at R.S.No.7/7B, North Pitachavaram, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddaore District.

2. It is the main case of the petitioner that the second respondent is running the STRIMP FIRM, in the above mentioned place without getting proper license from the competent authorities. Therefore, he submitted a representation before the first respondent on 03.01.2022 to take action against the second respondent and the same has not been considered. Hence he has come before this court.

3. Mr. G.Ammedia, learned Government Advocate takes notice

for the first respondent.

4. Mr. J.Baranidharan, learned counsel, who takes notice for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent has got valid license to run the above said FIRM in the afore mentioned properties.

5. In view of the rival contentions raised by the petitioner and the second respondent, without going into the merits of the claim made in the writ petition, this court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2022 and to pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after due notice to the petitioner and the second respondent. The second respondent is at liberty to file necessary documents before the first respondent regarding the alleged license obtained by him.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
