J U D G M E N T

When the suit was listed before the Master for recording evidence, the plaintiff filed proof affidavit and chief examination was completed on 01.10.2015, for cross examination PW1 appeared four times and thereafter for several hearings (i.e, more than six times) PW1 not chosen to appear before the Master for cross examination. The Master referred the suit before the Court. Hence, the suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
