2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on 26.09.2024, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.309 of 2024. He further submitted that petitioner has complied the order.

3. In view of the above submissions, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 26.09.2024 is made absolute.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner by order dated 26.09.2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. A period of three weeks is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court on 26.09.2024.
