(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to accept the cause title in the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who submitted that the second petitioner in the writ petition died on 15.06.2020 during the pendency of the writ petition, but, the same was not informed to the petitioners' counsel ignorantly. Subsequent to the order dated 01.06.2023 passed by the learned Judge in the writ petition, the petitioners informed the death of the second petitioner to their counsel. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition.
