O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the award dated 30.05.2019 passed by the Presiding Officer, First Additional Labour Court in I.D.No.108 of 2018 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages, continuity of service with all other attendant benefits.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of the writ petition, the matter was amicably settled inbetween the parties and the respondent Management agreed to pay a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs in full quit to the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, raised no serious objection.

4.In view of the above, the respondent Management is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) in full quit to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
