ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer the convict prisoner viz., Pachaiyappan (CT No.9087) to Central Prison, Madurai, from Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced a proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 16.12.2022.
3. On going through the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 16.12.2022, it is clear that already an administrative order has been passed and the convict prisoner is going to be transferred from Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai to Central Prison, Madurai. The learned Additional Public
Prosecutor further submitted that in a couple of days, the convict prisoner will be transferred from Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai to Central Prison, Madurai.
4. Taking note of the administrative decision taken by the 2nd respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. In the result, this writ petition is closed.
