O R D E R

The petitioner sought for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the hoardings/flex board erected in front of the shops belonging to the members of the petitioner's Sangam at Vadalur Cross Road, Chennai-Kumbakonam Salai, Vadalur, Cuddalore-Virudhachalam Main Road, Vadalur by considering the representation made by the petitioner's Sangam dated 28.08.2011.

2.According to the petitioner, though the respondent has received the representation of the petitioner and the Assistant Director of Town Panchayat, Cuddalore Region has also issued proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3062/2011/Peru.3 dated 23.09.2011 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

third respondent stating that he has been taken steps for removal of flex board/hoardings, no action has been taken, inspite of the said order dated 23.09.2011, till date.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2011, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
