ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that action in accordance with law would be undertaken, if encroachments are found on the road in question.

3. In view of the said statement made by learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed. There will be no order as to costs.
