ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.247 of 2015 u/s 145 Cr.P.C. on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ponneri has initiated proceedings in Na.Ka.5782/2015/A1 u/s 145 Cr.P.C. and had issued notice to the petitioner and the opposite party to appear.

4. Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the Executive Magistrate, but the proceedings are being unnecessarily delayed.
5. In the considered opinion of this Court, what is being challenged is only the show cause notice and no final order has been passed by the learned Magistrate.
6. Under such circumstances, this Court will not interfere in the show cause notice and therefore, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Magistrate with a counsel of her choice and the Magistrate is directed to dispose of the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
