ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2021 and 03.09.2021 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner originally submitted her representation before the District Collector, Perambalur District and the same has been forwarded to the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the said representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.08.2021. Even then, the first respondent did not conduct any enquiry and kept the matter pending.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the said representation of the petitioner, as directed by the District Collector, Perambalur, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and other counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
