This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the revision petitioner viz., Rajaram, who died during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition on 19.05.2019. Therefore, in order to bring legal heirs i.e., second to sixth petitioners herein as well as the thirteenth respondent who is the legal heir of the deceased in the Civil Revision Petition, this petition has been filed.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection in allowing this petition. Having considered the same, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment immediately.
