ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2021 as per the procedure laid down under Section 3(7) Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983, after hearing the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law within prescribed period of time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2021, in view of the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.2841/2018/A2, dated 12.10.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
